Ramus Woods

Nestled in the heart of rural Kent, inside the M25 and just a half-hour train ride from central London, our unique privately owned woodland location provides the perfect escape for corporate teams looking to enhance collaboration and communication. In keeping with our eco-friendly ethos we strongly encourage our participants to travel as environmentally friendly as possible, utilising public transport or car sharing where possible.

Meet the Team

We are Ross and Nicky, a married couple from Tonbridge, Kent. Our inspiration for ROOTS blossomed from our own wedding in the beautiful Ramus Woods, where we realised the incredible potential of this serene space for outdoor training. Ross has been an officer in the fire service for nearly 30 years, with a background in training, whilst Nicky has worked in the private sector, predominantly in finance. We have put our experiences and ideas together to build ROOTS, utilising our skills and knowledge to benefit our clients.
